The key to self-discipline…

Just. DO. It.

or just do not do it…guess it depends on what you’re trying to be disciplined about. My point is, just get whatever it is that you’re trying to get done. Just do it. If you want to wake up earlier JUST DO IT, if you want to have a disciplined diet or go gym 4 times a week…JUST DO IT. Sometimes there are practical ways to help us get more discipled. But if you’re like me then in some cases, the only answer is to just do it. The sooner you do it, the sooner you can move on to other goals. 

Don’t be the reason why you’re not moving forward, do not hold yourself back. Just do it!
